Hi everyone, firstly you need to know I'm a noob, so simple answers only please!

I have a G-Box Slav which used to run Android but I have now installed J1nx's gbox_2.+_beta2 linux build. Everything is working great and a lot more stable than android apart from my problem with the internet connectivity.

When I was running android, I had my Slav connected with an ethernet cable via a D=Link AV500 with no problems. Now I have loaded the J1nx Linux build, I can only connect my Slav to the internet with my wi-fi. It does not recognise the ethernet cable at all and comes up with no connection in settings. I have checked the cable and the D-Link adapter with my laptop and both are working fine. I have tried using different xbmc skins and it still makes no difference.

Any ideas why I cannot now connect with the ethernet cable?

Thanks for your help and thanks to J1nx for the Linux software, I really like it!
