I'm not getting enough help from the matricom forum so I'm gonna try here. I can't get 5.1 to work on the mx2. I have tried all the different settings in the system options, the audio options during playback and the msettimgs in android. I have tried hdmi to my tv and then to the receiver via optical cable and from the box to the receiver via spdif to coax. I used the spdif to rca cable that came with the box, using the red cable. Nothing. When I set the system audio options to pass through AC3 I get no should at all. When I turn it off I get 2.0 only.
I'm getting very frustrated. I can't believe this is not working for me.
Would anybody have any idea what could be the cause of this problem?
