Hello someone told me to down load xbmc told me was great to watch movies and stuff and but i just downloaded it can't seem to find any films can any be give me a helping hand plz

It's doesn't give you access to movies. It's a media player. I'll make an educated guess that this someone who told you it's great to watch movies is using some questionable/illegal/piracy addons in which case i would point out you would not get any support on these forums.

To be clear, no support for piracy related addons here.
