XBMC uses 2 program languages - C++ (XBMC core) and Python (addon), but the forum does not provide code highlighting facility for those languages. There is "php" tag, but IMO it is not suitable for the purpose of displaying code snippets in those languages - it does not support C++/Python syntax, and the label "PHP" is confusing sometimes.
Can code highlighting for C++ and Python be added to the forum? AFAIK there are a number of code highlighting plugins for various forum engines.

Might be an idea in the future.

For now you could use http://gist.github.com for code snippets with highlighting.
