If a stream buffers, XBMC seems to try to catch up with the live stream no matter what. This causes the picture to stop, the audio to jump on occasion, and this continues for a few seconds until it has caught up. This happens across numerous different plugins.
Why is this, and is there a way to stop it? If it happens to buffer a live stream, I don't mind if it remains a few seconds behind it. I'd prefer that it remains slightly behind and doesn't try to play catchup with the stream...
