i downloaded xmbc latest nightly on windows so i was wondering is there a way to stream full screen mirroring with airplay currently it only plays videos and pictures but when i open an app it streams the sound with out the picture i have ios 7 in ipad mini 2

nope not supported by xbmc and won't until the encryption of airplay mirroring is hacked and published...

but there are many applications that does that like reflector

They're closed source. We've even asked some of those programmers for hints, and we haven't heard anything back.
