The last time you opened XBMC, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again?

this thing keeps pop up when I try to open xbmc.

what should I do please help!! I tried to reinstall it but it didn't work. I was seeing the reviews and most of them said I have to use pastebin.com but I have no idea how to use this.

Just click the "Yes" button and xbmc will open. It's just a message that xbmc was shutdown improperly the last time you used it.
