First off, XBMC is absolutely spectacular. This community is remarkable in its support,knowledge and creativity.
I've just ventured into this domain, and have had some moderate success to date. One item that is quite disconcerting is that the channels that I've been "favoriting" (if that's a word!) appear in the right sidebar as they should, but when I click on the thumbnail, the program begins - but just for a second or so - then goes back to the home Confluence screen. When I then go to the thumbnail add-on (which is enabled) of exactly the same channel in the Video/Add-on section of XBMC, the channel plays perfectly.
Does anyone have a suggestion? I'd appreciate it.
