I am a new member, so may have posted on wrong thread. We subscribed to the Sports Programmes just over a month ago. After 2 weeks we no longer have access to these programmes due to database crash. The next months subscription has been taken out of our credit card. Does anyone know when we will get back the service we have paid for?

Thank you for your prompt reply, we registered at streamtvbox. We have tried to contact them but to no avail. Anybody else had this problem? We could re-subscribe, but they are not taking new members.
