I'm looking for someone who can build me a nas or a server. ill pay for parts, labor, shipping. But would like a quote what exactly I want because I don't know much about it.

Currently have a WD mybooklive 3tb nas, running out of space 175gb left !. Have around 4tb of media (data).

would like to have backup of my data, I think its raid 1 or 2.

I would like to add more Hdd in the future so starting out with few drives is okay.

Software wise I have no clue what to use..

I heard WD 3tb red drives are best. I can get the Hdd myself.

Would like it to be low powered, very green energy type, I know of a person who built one with 4 drives starting and total watts was 60 around.

I live in CA, USA. somewhere between Bay Area SF - Los Angeles. As I would like to discuss with the person over the phone/email what I like to have and his/her advice on whats best for me.

+1. QNAP and Synology do have nice solutions too.

Qnap are quite costly. and looking for something that is between my budget because just need a case. I'm getting a deal on Hdd's myself so good there..
