Hi,

I am trying to stream from XBMC to my TV. I have the software on the TV that picks up XBMC from it. The problem I have is I am streaming a film via one of XBMCs plugins within XBMC but when I am on the TV it doesn't come up. It only has the options of video or Audio files which are both empty.

How can I make the movie appear in one of these lists?

Buy a box that runs XBMC and connects directly to the TV.

is this the only way to stream from xbmc pc to a smart tv?
