Hi,
I am new to the site and I am having trouble with XBMC, I have been really wanting to build a HTPC and download XBMC to use and watch my films on, but when I have downloaded the software and it has finished I try and start it up and it will go onto an error screen saying "unable to create GUI exiting" I have tried version 12.3 and 13.0 and I still have the same error.
I am running:
Gigabyte GA-F2A55M-HD3
AMD A8 5600K 3.6GHz
Currently Windows Vista until Windows 7 come, Missed the postman :/

Update your GPU drivers

I dont mean to sound stupid, but when I put the computer together I obviously used the driver disk and installed all f the drivers, ive tried the gigabyte website to look for some updates for the graphics and card find anything, and i tried on the AMD website searched for the processor cos its an APU thing and I cannot find anything on there, any help?

You should just need to run the latest AMD catalyst driver install?

I always bin the driver CDs that come with hardware and download the latest, the CDs are generally outdated.
