Hi I get the same script error service.py fail on my dual core system running windows 7 professional with built in HDMI output. Also I have an error every time I try to exit that says (Runtime Error - Program C:\Program files(x86)XBMC\XBMC.exe - this application requested Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.) I have seen a lot of errors in log file but not sure how to read results PLEASE HELP-

Thanks for replying do I need to uninstall and reinstall entire program without the wizard? Is there an easier way to fix this?

Somehow I've fixed service.py error however can not install anything for Live TV and Run Time Error when shutting down is still there so it prevents XBMC from shutting down properly and loading anything that requires a restart to install.. Please help log with debugging http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=174852

XBMC.org does not support the the hub wizard, that is the ROOT of your problems. Go have a talk with them.
