So I've had an issue for awhile with Frodo and when I upgraded to Gotham I had the same issue so maybe there is something wrong with my database or something. When I take a show episode that was previously marked as watched, and remove the flag, all skins correctly show the episode as unwatched and filter accordingly. However, if I then update the library, it goes back to being watched--no matter what I do.
Sounds like you've exported your library at some point as separate files which created NFO's with the watched statuses saved. Remove the show's NFO files and try again.
Hmm. I have not (to my knowledge) ever exported my library and this problem is across all TV show episodes (haven't tested movies). I'll try wiping out all the NFO files found in my tv show folders. Thanks!
Actually, taking that particular TV show as a test case, there are no NFO files in its folder or season folders.
Anyone else have this issue? Still having it.
Just pinging this thread again to see if anyone else has this issue or has a solution for me. I have absolutely no nfo files and scrape everything using online sources from XBMC's scrapers, however, whenever I unwatch a TV show season, and update my library, it will re-apply watched to all of the shows.
