XBMC on my box don't function well for window size for version 13.0, RC1 and latest beta both not work, my screen resolution is 1920x1080, seems the video size only 1280x720 or even smaller, but when I download version 12.3, it works no problem, just play speed is slow.

Any idea?

and i see in the xmbc settings, my display mode was windowed and resolution is 1280x720 but all grey out.

in the box settings, it is 1920x1080@60Hz
