Hi, I'm having the same issue, I have a red no volume sign in the upper right hand corner, I see one of the answers says that means the mute button is active. Where is that and how do I remove the mute? Thanks.
The mute button should be clearly marked on your remote.
Or if you have a keyboard available, press +.
