Hi guys ive got a mx2 box all was ok until last night when I came to power the box on with the remote and nothing happens , ive changed the batteries just in case but still red light stays on and box wont power up. Ive tried to reboot the box with a cocktail stick but still no good any suggestions

I'm not familiar with the hardware, but usually a red light means something is horribly wrong. Check the web support site and consider a RMA or return. Heat is usually a big killer of these boxes...
