Hi.

i'm using a cubietruck (cubieboard3 - A20) and running a lubuntu linux.

I followed tis tutorial to get XBMC running: http://www.forum-cubieboard.de/showthread.php?tid=212

XBMC starts up fine. Audio output works.

I installed the Youtube AddOn and som other codec packages, wich comes with the mplayer ubuntu package.

Does any one know how to fix it?

Go into settings and select "Advanced". Within "Video\Acceleration" look for the following two options:
1) Allow hardware acceleration (Libstagefright): Enable
2) Allow hardware acceleration (Media Codec): Disable (This causes the no video problem)

I found this answer on another "board", a board where they acknowledge the problem exists and a "senior member" HELPS people.
Some boards, "trash can" posts that report problems, or BAN people that mention certain add-ons that "mysteriously" don't work with GOTHAM.

There are other boards where they TALK about solutions to problems, where they acknowledge problems exist.

I am glad to see that members didn't make fun of you and call you names like they did me, hang in there! Perhaps version 20 (called NOW?) will finally get it together?

p.s. still doesn't' solve the "Sorry, Source Website is Down" issue, that AGAIN, everyone REFUSES to acknowledge exists, or will get you BANNED if you mention the names of the add-ons GOTHAM simply REFUSES to run.

oh well, one at a time I guess.
