newbie with some questions

a) why is there not a download section for PVR clients on web site
would really help !


b) I upgraded xbmc on all my clients (iphone, atv2, ipad and PC)

my pvr VU+ clients work exept on pc !!!!
I also can't download VU+ via add-ons
very unusual
please help and comment !
I need a download link for the VU+ pvr client for win pc
