Hi all, I am running Xbmc on my windows laptop and its an awesome piece of software. Anyhoo, I'm attempting to install openelec onto an Acer Aspire One (zg5) running ubuntu. I have followed the instructions on the openelec wiki, downloaded the files and used netbooting to create the bootable usb.
Where I am coming unstuck is once the linux machine has booted to the openelec installation menu, it says cannot find installation iso file, giving me the option to search other locations for the file. I have added the iso to the stick but this doesnt seem to help.
After a lot of research, it does not seem that this is a common problem, hence I regret I must be missing something very simple.
