sorry to bother everyone but i have having some issues with my new device. i got it the other day from a neighbor we hooked it up using wifi and it was running very slowly, so the next day i ran an Ethernet cable to the box and now it wont load any internet based pages. im not sure what to do the device says its is connected to my IP address but im not sure im not too tech savvy any help would be greatly appreciated thanks again
