With Frodo the standard skin didn't have an option for specifying a download folder.You could install another skin (I used Droid) which did have that option.
Droid isn't compatible with Gotham.
Which skin has a download option ? Assuming Confluence still doesn't have an option,I couldn't find one anyway.
I'm using lubuntu 14.04 if that makes a difference
