I've had my gbox for about a week now and I'm loving it, but woke up to discover the xmbc app won't start up. 3d launcher and everything else seems fine but when I try xbmc app it goes to blank screen and sometimes resets to start up option of which program to use (3D launcher/launcher/xbmc and whether "just once" or "always")
Any suggestions on how to fix? Thanks!
I don't know what the hell XMBC is, so can't help you there.
I would hazard a guess dyslexia is a real thing and XMBC vs XBMC (the big letters XBMC ontop of the forums should be a clew, in any case, but Im not here to nitpick.
No idea, clearly a problem with the box itself, maybe you would like to contact your supplier/seller for the box and ask for support from them.

Go ask for support from who sold you the box, which my guess had xbmc pre-installed, in any case go ask who sold you it for support.
