so i added alot of media to database and even after removing it from sources and selecting clean library from setting they still show up sometimes, what are the folders that need to be deleted from user data folder to have a new blank clean database As much as possible without reset setting of xbmc to default or breaking install of it?

The simplest way would be to delete your video database file from the databases folder. Then when you open XBMC again you can re-add the sources and re-scan.

userdata (wiki)/Database/MyVideos##.db
