Somehow my sources.list seems to have gotten damaged. I'm getting a lot of these errors when running a sudo apt-get update.

W: Failed to fetch http://ca.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dist...6/Packages 404 Not Found [IP: 91.189.92.200 80]

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Consequently I can't upgrade my XBMCbuntu. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx!

I bet you're running xbmcbuntu 12.. Which us eol'd and not supported by canonical anymore. Download xbmcbuntu 13 and reinstall.
