I have a movie in a video share called "crazy (2004).mkv", but when I go to Videos -> Files, I can't find this movie. Also what I noticed is that I don't see the actual filenames of the movies, just the movie names. The library doesn't show the movie either.

Why can't I find this file?

Is it in it's own directory? Directories are sorted above individual files I think.

Select the movie and get info on it (press I on a keyboard). That should tell you the file path.
