C'mon... you've already been told off in your other thread. I'll answer your question honestly, but you know you're well over the line in terms of forum rules.
It's down to the quality of the source. Chances are that you're watching some horribly over-compressed and/or low-resolution stream, and crap in gives crap out. If you want good quality live TV, buy a tuner and watch it in broadcast definition (SD or HD); if you want good quality films, buy blurays. If you watch dodgy streams of dubious origin, you get what you pay for (literally).
