It works fine on a fresh machine that had never used the plugin so I tested on one that had already had the plugin installed and I had an issue however I did the following to fix -
I found that erasing data did not work however (crazily), simply clicking log out then log in fixed the issue on a machine that had previously logged in, now it is working and reporting flac lossless.

So far have tested it on 16.0 Beta 2 on my PC and also on my Nexus player running the x86 android 16.0 Beta 2, both working great with Lossless, I had discontinued my sub for a few months due to this issue, glad it is now working again, happy I re-subbed recently

Logging out and logging back in worked like a charm. Very exciting to get this working fully within Kodi. Great job Takoi! This is a great add on. It's incredibly convenient to have the entire tidal collection work like it's part of my library.
Finally got lossless working after countless attempts at logging out and logging in and clearing data. All up and running beautifully. Thanks Takoi. Found out that I had use Confluence skin to set it all up, no other skin would do anything until I'd done it in confluence first, then changed back to the skin I want to use. That's not a Tidal addon issue though, think it's just OSMC/skins being flaky.
Is there a way to have starred artists/albums integrated into Kodi library? I can just go to music on the homepage and see my tidal artists/albums/etc? Similar to Genesis.
I don't get search function in the Tidal addon using different remote APPs. The field for the search string always pop up on the monitor but never in the APP. It would be very important for me to have it the App, because I'm planning to use it standalone on my HIFI environment. Is there any setting to be made or a special iOS App to be used to get it work with search?
I have Tidal on a few apps but would like to use Kodi for Tidal as it is good for almost everything.
I cannot seem to get the my music tab to show up using Tidal on Kodi.
Kodi does have tabs that are not available on my other apps but my music is kind of important.
How can I import or enable my music, music that has been saved to show up on a tab within Kodi?

I now see that Kodi does show the my music folders but without the pictures that I associate with those folders!
I there a way to see the album art on the Tidal files?
When I click on a title I then can see artwork but that is not convenient when looking through genres
Um, also there is no "artist radio" feature that I can see when using Kodi to access Tidal.
Is this feature available on Kodi if so how can I access it?
Hi. I've just installed Tidal Kodi Addon on Raspberry Pi 2 (OSMC) and I have Tidal HiFi account. I've configured addon for lossless audio. However, it works only for some songs and fails for majority of them. For songs that work I check the bit rate and it reports that bit rate usually between 650 to 900 kbps and it 's flac (44.1 KHz 16bit sampling). If I set audio quality to Normal or High - no problems. Please, advise me what I need to do to ensure that all lossless songs work.

Without any spotify addons, i think this is great. Its more expensive but this great addon with flac quality is just awesome. Havnt had a single issue since i started using it 2-3 days ago.

I believe there is a Spotify addon for Kodi and it's "Spotimc". It works quite well with Kodi in my case Raspberry Pi 2 (OSMC). I do agree that Tidal addon is great and flac lossless is awesome, the only issue I have it doesn't work in full capability on Raspberry Pi 2.

I notice that if i have more then 999 favourite artists on Tidal , the addon only shows the first 999 and ignore the rest.
It is possible to male the addon show all favourite artists? (no matter how many we have?)

I have an oddity occurring whenever I use the playlists anyone of the premade lists the songs will advance but the album art remains at the first song played. Is anyone else having this issue with using Tidal on Kodi? This issue does not occur when using other Tidal apps. One such playlist was from Folk/ Americana entitled Wildwood Flower. But all pre made playlists are exhibiting this issue now.
