Reinstalled Xbmc because when i changed to "Talktalk" Broadband could not load any Repo's.
As above guys, they are "Pictures Videos and System" i have no Program Tab, so cannot use the addon installer.
Any help appreciated.

You can get to the add-on installer through settings. The skin should open up other options.
I have downloaded the add-on-installer and it comes up as enabled, but i cannot get to it because there is no "Program" tab, just the three i mentioned, and that is where it is installed.
We have no addon installer that you can install. Likely you are talking about some third party piracy installer which we will not support here.
Ok i got it back, loaded the Touch Skin.
