i know there are issues caching png's as jpeg's. so you fixed the code to cache png's as png's.
are there issues caching jpeg's as png's?
the reason i ask, is when xbmc creates a thumbnail for a folder. it creates a jpeg. if there are png's in the folder, then the background transparecy is lost among other issues.
so could all images be cached as png's?
this may have been asked before, but could the thumbnails be placed over a generic folder image for this also?
