Hi everyone

i want to buy a cheap device (less than 50$) to use only to watch IPTV through the videos addons with a remote controller.
I know the raspberry pi is a solution but i dont want to buy a bundle too "expansive" for only one feature from xbmc.

I already have a media center that i can use to watch movie /serie in HD etc...

can you advise me ?

Your existing media centre will be able to do this. No point in duplication. You won't get too much cheaper than a rpi anyway.
