I am running XBMC 13.2 and I use fanart screensaver. I was wondering if there is a way to remove art of shows that I have deleted or just don't care to see in the mix any more?

Short of going into the thumbnails folder and manually deleting, there isn't a way inside of XBMC-Kodi. You could chose to have a custom image folder seeded with images of your choice. A great add-on is thumbnail cleaner, it will help delete old and unused thumbs.
