I certainly think so, many users are using the skin both in this forum and the media browser forum where I have heard this only reported on either a PI or Amazon Fire. Are you using one of those devices? Have you tried it on something more powerful if so? If not, can you describe in more detail what you are experiencing and what hardware etc you are using.

Running the latest Kodi RC 3 with the skin downloaded from the official repo. Not sure how to check the version no of the skin. Kodi running on the Amazon Fire TV.

Hope that helps.

You're in the wrong thread. You're using an MB3 mod of this skin as shown in your screenshots. I am having the same issue with the MB3 skin, but Piers probably doesn't care Wink

Is this also happening for you on an Amazon Fire device? I have heard a few reports on this but could not not ever reproduce it.

@Piers - Sorry for tackling possible mb3 issues in this thread.

Yes, I am using a Fire TV as well. I do not have an issue on multiple windows 8 pc's.

I was able to install the skin on my windows pc and then transfer the unzipped skin folder from "addons" directory to my fire tv's directory and I did not have the artifacts until the skin updated again. Maybe this will help narrow it down?

OK, to start off, I'm using my mid to high end PC. So i'm not using low powered devices, what I'm experiencing is this, which I don't like:
Image
see how the bar's is incomplete in MB3 version
Image
check these out too
Image
see the fading effect from back in the original Xperience1080 textures
Image
I want the flat textures here.

Is there anyway to get that ?

Thanks in advance Smile

I see so you were talking about a different issue, good job you posted some screenshots Smile

I have seen the first one before but only on my laptop when not running in full 1920 x 1080 mode. Is your resolution set to that? I'll try and see what's up regardless when time allows. As for the second one, you can change to use the flat texture tiles in the Home Tiles section of the skin settings, turn off "use predefined tiles"

I'm on 1920x1080 yes, I did use the the turn off "Select from predefined tiles" but it didn't do the trick, what did do the trick was turning on "Use Colour tiles" and enabling "Use plain tile background" and adjusting the colours to match those of 1080XF.

My second problem with your theme is the fade effect in all the bars, check the screenshots here:
Image

and the toggles in the theme, haven't been updated with the flat toggles from the 1080XF theme

Is that screenshot from my version? I expected the clock to be blue as below:

im85288,

Did you make a request, would see the possibility of adding support Cdart movies?
I'm talking to members of the native library kodi.

The blue/purple clock changes depending on the time of day, so if you're using 1080XF textures you'll have both in your skin.
Piers e im85288,

I note that in 1080XF and this mod has no option to show cdart movies for native library kodi, would be a limitation of the x1080?

That's not included with 1080XF, it's up to im85288 if he wants to include it.
Hello im85288

I have tested your new skin,is excellent.I like how you presented live tv in home menu, with TV channels and Epg in wrap list.
What do I need to write in <label> ? </label> for tv channels and epg, because I want to put this option in my skin.
I use gotham-13.2

Thanks in advance.
There's a new version up on the beta repo 3.0.92 that needs at least version 0.9.745 of the MediaBrowser addon to work correctly.

This update introduces an alternative Home screen based on the Netflix two row look. In the skin settings you can choose to enter the new netflix view, it originally started as an idea for a new view then grew into an alternate all in one view with rotating backgrounds and theme media now included on the home screen too.

Some screenshots (note - only for media browser users)

This has been included in my version from the start. Have you turned on show disc artwork in the Views section?

Hello,

Thanks, yes it adds something different for Live TV than has been done before.

I'm not sure what problem your referring to though?
Hello im85288

I can not display the channel list in home menu, like in pvr menu.
You have channel list and epg in your wraplist,so whatever I do I can not display the channel list in home.
In fact this is my problem.

Best Regards
