hi - real dumb question but this is bugging the hell out of me. i have searched the forums and can find no reference. this probelm happened to me before and i managed to find the answer somewhere but i have since forgotten where and i can not figure it out.

the problem is that i have the speaker icon on my screen when i try to play movies or music and it has a circle around it with a line through it - much like a mute icon. i can not get rid of it and can not hear the soundtracks.

please help.

try to push the right thumbstick up -> turns up the volume :joker:
