Sorry if this is in Wiki.. but couldnt find answers to all of my questions..
Lets say that Movie name is Movie1.mkv
and it belogs to set Amazing Movies (folder structure Amazing Movies/Movie1)

Kodi naming i presume is:
(inside Movie1 folder)

Poster: Movie1-poster.jpg
Fanart: Movie1-fanart.jpg
Logo: logo.png
Clearart: clearart.png
discart: disc.png
banner: Movie1-banner.jpg
nfo file: Movie1.nfo

Trailer should go Movie1-trailer.mkv ?
if there is a 2nd trailer?


also about set art naming
where it should be put?
and what would be the name of the

Set Poster ?
Set Fanart?

2nd trailer no idea.

Set art by default you have none, this does not exist in default it uses a poster for a movie in that set for the set art you can currently select which movie poster you wish for that set (that's it). However if you name a poster called thesetposter.jpg and place it there in same directory you can load that image manually but not automatically.

That said maybe some skins that extend that and use it via some addon, but not the default skin.

Yes, for the one you want yes, but a poster is given by default. Cross fingers and hope I can find a sympathetic soul to help me with this. Its on my top 5 things Helix should do.
