I was wondering if anyone knew how to set the Thumbnail and the Background for the directory "up" spot?

When the mouse is on this spot rather than a movie or tv show, it shows a blank thumb, and the default background.

This is what I mean:

I would like to set my own thumb and background for this spot on the menu if possible.
