Does anyone have this working through openelec with an xfinity account?
After doing plenty of testing with this, I can confirm that the app works fine with a VPN but will not work with a dns server like unotelly.

eracknaphobia - do you have any idea why this is, and whether a workaround can be made? I much prefer dns servers to VPNs
Any idea how to log in using u-verse credentials? I don't see the option to use AT&T Uverse as a provider under settings...

I don't think it's supported yet. You can check the OP for the list of providers that are.

Yea saw the OP. Was wondering if there was a way by tinkering with the settings file or something similar. Have no clue about it though Tongue
Wish we could use this in the UK like last season. It was perfect. Never lost connection and had every game in 720p. Plus I love the on screen scoreboard theme Smile

agree!
would be superb if it worked on dns!
Doesn't work for me with Openelec and Comcast Infinity (now tried with both VPN and DNS)

Still get the same message that login is incorrect (login works through iOS app and website without any problem)

Still not working for me. VPN, comcast account and latest zip file on Kodi on android, but its still asking for user and password, its doing my head in.

I am using Kodi 14.2 on windows 7 find with my Comcast Xfinity log on living in the UK with the latest release 31.7.2015 it asks me to verify my username and password and won't play never had this before so I have rolled it back to the 6.7.2015 release and it works excellent you can find a download here http://www54.zippyshare.com/v/GFaxFkYC/file.html hope this helps anybody with the same problem.

For anyone struggling to get this to work, do what it says above. Working fine for me with xfinity login and using SmartDNS in UK on mac and chromebox. Watched some games on Saturday, a couple of drop outs but nothing major

Hello
Yes it does. On all the things you mention. There are NBC sports extra apps on all platforms and also I know of Xfinity TV Go app for IOS. Alternatively you can stream via the respective websites. The same still applies you need the logon and US location. To get the Apps you may have to change location i.e. get a US Apple store id and for windows change your location and maybe even time zone to get it from the windows store. I hope this helps.
it does and I thank you kindly for your help
