Can't agree more. All these newbies, before you start posting on here, please read the very 1st page of this forum and attendant warning by eracknaphobia and then take your login swapping chats somewhere else.
App working spot on again for Nufc - Safc derby. 1 or 2 buffers but apart from that it was perfect.

Just a shame about the result Sad
i dont understand why there is any buffering though as it worked fine through the web browser on my laptop. no buffering etc. surely the addon should work the same ? its just grabbing the links to stream it isnt it ? still hoping the issue gets sorted as its an amazing addon !!
i am a newby to Kodi can someone please PM me instructions on how to use nbc sports extra I already have an account direct tv
I have a valid Direct TV account and am getting an error asking to verify my username and password.

The same account can be used on my laptop or iPad, so I am a bit puzzled.

I did uninstall and reinstall from the Kodi Repository to no avail.

Thanks!

I believe the addon gets the stream t whatever quality you have selected in the settings... if it can't keep up at that quality it buffers. Through a web browser the quality is automatic so it will begin to drop the quality before it needs to buffer (sometimes it drops and comes back up so quick that its goes unnoticed)

Are you selecting DirectTV as the provider under the settings when you put in your username and password?
Hi

I currently have a xfinity log in and also struggle, is there away of getting around the Captcha Issue.

sorry I am new to all this

cheers
Hello

Same problem with Cox Communications login failure.
Not a problem with Firefox or IE browsers but the dreaded Verify Username & Password message gets displayed in the add-on.
Provider is selected in the add-on along with username/password.
Uninstalled/Re-installed multiple times. Same outcome.
Content not requiring a validation streams fine.

Thanks
With the exception of xfinity users who seem to have a genuine problem with the captcha I wonder how many of these newbie posts complaining about login issues or buffering are actually in the US and aren't people trying to circumvent the geo-restrictions who haven't even been bothered to read back through this thread to solve their questions?
eracknaphobia has made a great addon which works almost perfectly for most, I never thought I'd be that guy that posts "do a search" but please the answers to get this addon working are within this thread!

Yes I am.
Highlight the stream, go into the context menu and try playing from there.
Hello Again!

I am in the USA. I am in San Diego. I am a valid Cox customer. I have been for 20 years!
Not a problem with Firefox or IE browsers but the dreaded Verify Username & Password message gets displayed in the add-on.
Provider is selected in the add-on along with username/password.
Uninstalled/Re-installed multiple times. Have tried every day to avoid captcha.Same outcome.
Content not requiring a validation streams fine. The add-on has NEVER worked when requiring a validation.

Thanks Stammie for accusing honest users...
