I did that on both W10 computers and the behavior is the same on both. It seems to be Windows 10. Another symptom I notice is that sometimes the NBC app just spontaneously exits to the Kodi home screen even before the first commercial break while watching golf channel.

I should note that I only use the app for Golf Channel since there is a Windows store app which supplies most of the other NBC Live content. But, the Kodi app seems to give better video quality when its working.

Hi

Just wondering if the comcast/xfinity "check username and password" was fully sorted on android?
Can still use website to login and official app seems to work but latest version of the addon is still not working for me.

Tried the timezone change but still nothing. It keeps asking to check my username/password which are both correct.

Will post a log if needed but has anybody else still got the same issue with xfinity logins?

Keep getting thrown out of the stream today while watching the Leicester v Southampton game. Works great for up to 15 mins then have to click on the match again in the live and upcoming section. Anyone else have an issue? Using an android TV box with 15.2.

Well Kodi is reporting 1920 X 1080, I can't believe they would make it an interlaced stream given the problems that would introduce on many devices unless they have introduced de-interlacing into the code of their various apps.

Just logged in to post the same (upgrades to the stream quality). F1 is being streamed at 1920x1080 @ 7 mbps (30 fps). Nice upgrades !

Hello,

I have been trying to get my nbcsports live extra to work on my kodi which is running on a raspberry pi. I keep receiving an error and I think it is because Comcast is actually blocking my ability to view the streams.

I know this because I had ATT before and the login worked perfect on the website (the login is my parents xfinity login). I have since switched to xfinity as well, and I think it recognizes my IP as "an account that does not have this tv package." As it doesnt work on the add-on or the website now.

So i have since tried my uncles wow way account and it works perfect on the website but I see you do not have a choice for wow on the addon.

I was wondering if there may be a way around this, or if it was possible at all to put wow on the addon.

I am trying to become more active to PM you since you mentioned that on the home page, but im not quite at 10 posts yet. thanks in advance for any help.

As I said, 15.2 does not help. Are you actually watching a "Watch Golf Channel LIVE" menu item? Note that I always have 2 of them at the top of the "Live and Upcoming" list.

Another possible clue: When the commercial break stars, the music is playing in AAC 2.0. Then a buffering popup shows, the music stops and then after a few seconds, the sound format changes to "AAC 1.0" or sometimes "AAC 4.0".

Could this indicate a Codec problem?

Keep getting thrown out of the golf channel after 5 mins, anybody else with the same problem, Directv account running on fire tv box.

Having same issue. Using Unblock US from Canada. Annoying Sad

great app until the quality selection was taken away. The stream just stutters all of the time now on any. tried different streams on different days too. please bring selector back. thanks

Disable Automatically Play Best Stream Available in settings > Stream
