great update...thank you....my favorite addon....
so this is my log in trying to play with beta with a fios login, always fails and always asks me to reactivate which I do.
http://paste.ubuntu.com/23520567/
i activate by going ot the url, selecting apple tv (though have tried others), going through the process until I am redirected to the page that says
You have access to NBC Sports video from the following networks:
NBCSN
USA
CNBC
NBC
and then trying to play a video and it always fails
I have a MXQ box and I've tried the Beta and when I go to the activate page it says successfully box added but when I actually get into the page where you have to put the code and provider I cant select the device, help would be good for the weekends football, thanks
When i got to the part where it says select device, i left it blank as there was no option for android, and it worked for me. For reference, i have a T8 android tv box and i have directv login.
How did you leave this blank? It won't let me click on next unless I have something selected in that device box... I have a nvidea shield TV box
For android should we just select fire TV?
Hmmm.....i dont know then Chris, like i say on my Android t8 i just left it blank and filled in the other fields and it worked. Ive now got it on my t8 and my windows 7 laptop.

eracknaphobia i had to make an account on kodi just to tell you that i love you and keep up the good work your app works perfectly on comcast
when i try to watch a live match (anything) i seem to get kicked out but just appears to be totally random is there any other settings i can try to stop this? it runs buffer free and perfect but then just randomly kicks. (or does any know if it keeps a log when it kicks you)
sorry should have added, running on windows 7, Intel HD graphics, 8gb ram i3
Had to join to thank you erack for your hard work. Old add on was not working for me for some time, beta did the trick!!
Thank you everyone for the amount of great info.
I have a question though.... it may be buried in the 210 pages of comments.
I have a Fire Stick, and whenever I open up NBC sports, it says there is an error. I would assume it is because I need to login. I have my email and password that I can log in, but I don't know how to input it for the Fire Stick.
Can someone help, or point me in the right direction?
If I can get the source website, I should be able to get the zip file on the Fire Stick, then the repo from there.

Thanks in advance.
Cheers

Madeinmaine, if your using it on your firestick just get the NBCsports app for the firestick, works great, no issues.

I have done that, but it is version 2.3.2, and whenever I load it, there is a error and it says "see log".... or something like that. I have gone into the add-on and asked it to update, it does, but it stays on 2.3.2
How do I get the most updated version?
Thanks again

Hi eracknaphobia and locomot1f
I just tested with Kodi(16.1) on Nvidia Shield , Windows 10, OS X 10.11.6 and Samsung S7E. What ever I pick for activation it doesn't work.
I use DirecTV account and TWC cable internet. I don't know what's happen.
