A minimum of posts is required before one can PM someone.

Credentials no longer go in the add-on settings. You need to activate the add-on. I believe it should prompt you to do so when you first start it. If not, choose the option to de-activate device in the add-on settings and re-start.

Anyone having trouble signing in today? Mine working OK on Fri but now failing to authorize
I was able to successfully install and activate the NBC Sports Live Extra Add-On inside Kodi running on my Fire TV. While watching a Live stream, the stream will stop after playing for a few minutes. I can immediately start the stream again, but it will stop again after a few minutes. I also have a Raspberry Pi running OpenELEC and I get the same behavior.

I don't know if it matters, but I was watching CSN Chicago Live on both devices. I can watch the NBC Sports app on my iPad or Android without issue so I think the stream works reliably. Any ideas?

I couldn't sign in on my Surface today when I was at work, but luckily I got home from there in time to use my already activated HTPC Smile
Have noticed that changing the stream quality doesn't have any affect on the actual stream quality?

I've tried reducing quality down to reduce buffering, but it still tries to play at full 1080P.

I'm seeing that now too. I'll post a fix as soon as I can.

EDIT: You must Turn off the "Automatically Play the Best Stream Available" option to lower the stream quality. It's Monday morning and I can't think straight Rolleyes
I have a question.

It seems that the SNY (Sports New York) network is going to begin streaming live NY Mets baseball games by the start of baseball season. This stream will be available to cable subscribers who normally get SNY as part of their cable package, which the addon is supposed to verify.

From what I read on the SNY website, the stream will be delivered one of two ways- either direct from SNY.com, or via the NBC Sports addon.

So... will your addon be able to stream those games? A subscription to MLB.tv is NOT required, as the games would be blacked out for me anyway.

It would be great to be able to use your addon to stream the game on a RPi hooked up to the tv rather than having to watch it on my 11" laptop screen...

I myself plan on cutting the cable cord but my Mom lives in the area and is a cable customer, soooo... ;-)

Can't wait for opening day! :-)
