This is the first time I run this add-on. When clicking any game, I am prompted to authorize the device by going to activate.nbcsports.com and entering the verification code. I went to the website from my computer. It asked me to choose the device's name from the dropdown list. What I have is a LCD TV (not a smart TV) with an android box (Huawei Glory box), which is not on the list. So I just chose Fire Stick randomly. Then it asked me to choose my provider. I have an AT&T U-verse account (I am in U.S.) and chose it from the dropdown list. Last, I entered the verification code and submitted. Then the web page congratulated me on the successful access. I went back to the prompt on my TV and clicked OK. I was prompted a new message saying "One or more items failed to play. Check the log file for details." Nothing would work. Can anyone please help? Not sure if AT&T are on the list of supported providers?, check the first post of this thread.

The legacy version had a very limited number of supported providers, but the latest version should support all of the listed providers on the activation page.

Yes, AT&T is on the list of providers on the activation page. I even got the congratulation message after submitting the activation.

Try deauthorizing the device (Add-on Settings > General > Deauthorize Device), then retry the authorization process.

shouldnt get buffering, lower quality settings, reboot router etc

Stig, yes! it was driving me crazy... all other addons.... live TV ect streamed HD perfectly fine, even lowering the quality to the lowest did nothing...

Did you mean go to Settings>Add-ons>My Add-ons>NBC Sports Live Extra? There I only saw Configure, Open, Update, Enable, etc.. Not seeing the options you mentioned. Could you please give me the full path? Thanks a lot!
