You need to go into the addon settings first.
Even if you do not have an account and just want to watch the free streams.

If you want reliability mate you would be better off using legit nbc site/app now that this add on requires a login it kind of goes against the whole idea of kodi.
Am running kodi on an Intel Nuc with Openelec, so no app can be installed besides I would like to play everything from inside kodi.

Got it fixed my clearing saved data in settings. Thanks.
Working fine here with a Comcast/Xfinity account.
I get login error only when i try to play full replay (blue link), but the live stuff is all working and thats all I'm concerned about really.
Thanks to everyone involved in the resurrection of a truly great addon !
Finally got a blue stream working!! I'm not sure if it was a fluke though. Attempting to first play the blue link I would get the failed to authorize error, it does take a while to try and connect to it. So I played the golf channel and then tried the blue link again while the golf was playing and it finally worked :/
Maybe there is a timeout issue. The stream hasn't dropped yet too after 10mins.
Hi I have an nbcsn account with Comcast. I can log on the nbc website and can also use the account on the app but when try to log in on the addon on kodi it says 'failed to authorise' any ideas please?
Thanks

Is it an xfinity account that asks you to type 3 letters from a graphic box? If so that's why.

I'm guessing this is the case also, I remember it being mentioned. I take it the captcha isn't being displayed on Kodi so it just times out.

Yes I think I am having the same issue now. Worked ok before but having issues now, non of the blue links work I get failed to authenticate.
Could someone look at this log please? I'm no expert but by looking at it does the cookie expire? This is with Comcast, I'm pretty sure it is something to do with the captcha that you must enter every time you log in. This did however work for me a few days ago?? I'm trying to play the Austria GP replay, like I said this did work on yne initial release.

Olliepop are you on the latest beta 2 version? And have you tried the reset option in the add on settings before you launch it?
Comcast login and all blue replays are working fine for me mate.

Yes mate I'm on the latest version, the older version seemed to work for me? When you use the reset option does it remove your username and password and you then need to re input them? Because mine are still there even when I select reset,
No password username stay but it gets rid of temporary files like the cookie and incorrect logins I think. Hope you sort it

Mmm no that didn't work either. Hopefully someone will work something out from the log I posted. I either get failed to authorize or username incorrect and I know it's def correct .

Looks like the response you were getting was a compressed "gzip" encoding. I've updated the code to handle this. Let me know if it still is giving you issues.
