The Amazon Prime Instant Video Addon or MLBHLS use the Kodi Cache with is a bigger and you can set higher.
Here the difference between kodi and apple TV:

Kodi:

Apple tv:

The AppleTV use a bigger cache and so more time to buffer. And also apple TV can change the quality of the video.
Is anyone else getting videos filled with macroblocks for games? This is only occur for certain 5000 kbps games for me. I have not tested between live and started from start of game (my main usage case). It seems to be happening only for games produced by Rogers. This happened again last night during the Oilers and Kings game. If I change the rate to 4500 kbps then everything is fine.
Yes here the same. Nearly all canadian Games.

And nearly all Canadian condensed Games are juddering (right word ?? in german ruckeln). But this the same on apple TV.

Now the Calgary Feed judder, the Islanders Geed is vlean.
Hello

Is anybody on this thread using Kodi 15.0 on a Amazon Fire TV Stick?

I am trying to install the NHL GameCentre LIve v 0.28

I have a subscription to Rogers so I have a legit username and password.

Once I I have installed the app and enter the Rogers user name and password, It takes me to the menu where I see the following:
Today's games
Recent games
Archived games

When I go to today's games (Oct 26th) I see the 3 games listed. At present there is on in progress. I click on to it and I get an error:
Received a non-200 HTTP response
(status: 401, function: get_video_playlists
)

When I go to Recent games, I get the following error:
No games found
(function:get_games_list)

When I go to Archived games, I get the following error:
No archived games found
(function:get_archived_seasons)

I really need some help on this.

I tried to install on my windows laptop and I get the same error messages

Thanks in advance for any help provided

Karim
@ardsavac

Youa re right. The 3000 (730p@30fps) works fine. No marcoblocks or Judder.

Any games broadcast nationally or in your local area will be blacked out.
Hi All,

Im still trying to work out why I cannot watch a game until it is finished (but I can login to game centre on a browser and watch the game live).

Tried clearing the cache but no luck.

I live in New Zealand so its not blackout related.

Any ideas?
Having problems with all of the NHL gamecenter add-ons and live streaming. Is anyone else having a problem tonight?

EDIT: After doing more digging around, it looks like my issue is with Smart DNS Proxy and their DNS. I switched back to google DNS and I see the game listing. I switched to my trial DNS for Unlocator and see everything. Have a ticket open with Smart DNS Proxy. Thanks!
It seems the 3000k feed is best for 1st Gen Fire TV. Anyhting higher you get alot of microstutters and like very blocky type video
I successfully have game center on kodi since start of season and have been watching games. Now when I click on a game it comes up as an error.
Any suggestions?

Try disabling Libstagefright video acceleration (System->Settings->Video->Acceleration>disable Libstagefright). Leave Mediacodec enabled.
