Hi Guys, anyone help me out with this one please?

I have a cheap little android TV box, which is running Gotham just fine. I play all media from an attached usb drive.

When I power off the system, there is still power to the usb drive, and I can hear it still going.

Is there any (simple) way of stopping power to the usb when the unit it powered down?

If it's relevant, this is the box I've got:

May be it's not powered down but just put to sleep? Otherwise, the USB drive should not be active.
Hmmm, when I press the power button, I do get 2 options 'Power Down,or Suspend'

Obviously, I've been using Power Down.I might try suspend, just to rule it out.
Very few of these boxes actually "turn off". Even then, USB power is often still always on. Sometimes, the power wires on USB are directly wired to the input power, without fuses or anything, which is why you can actually power some Android boxes from a normal USB port instead of the one for power.
