i recently upgraded to kodi and have a problem with subtitles. to get subs working i downloaded and enabled a subtitle service (opensubtitles.org), as described here.
that worked fine, but now kodi is opening the "search for subtitles" screen every time i start to play a movie or tv episode. is there a way to stop this from happening (i have "enable subtitles" set to off by default)?

Did you install the auto subs add-on as well? Otherwise, it shouldn't be doing that.

oh, must´ve done that without thinking/paying attention. Thanks, uninstalling that fixed it!
