I am using TVHeadEnd on my XBMC system. Unfortunately it has only a 50GB SSD drive. So my SSD is full on many times when I don't check or delete recordings (with all problems: settings disappear, default skin is loaded and machine is rebooting).

Is there a way to manage old recordings? With auto delete or something? With a script or an addon?

Also I cannot select a "folder" (show name) in xbmc and delete it all, I can only delete individual files Sad

Is is it possible to store recordings on my NAS? And how should I enter that in the settings page of tvheadend.
Deleting folders has been fixed in Helix (though it should have been possible in Gotham too). You can mass delete recordings from the tvheadend web interface (port 9981 on the machine running it).
Deleting folders isn't the problem elsewhere.
But it looks like the recordings-folder is a special folder.
Yes, it's a bit special.
