Got a pc I installed the newest version of xbmc on and when It goes full screen in spills over onto the other screens no matter which monitor I choose. I've tired uninstalling and re-installing with no luck also deleted data under the user profile with no luck. Anyone have any ideas to fix this?

Using intel hd 4600 on chip graphics

Try different settings under system-settings-video output page. The video calibration setting allows you to change over/under scan for the monitor which sounds like the most relevant setting to start adjusting .
