So I'm attempting to strip down Ace's menu options and only keep what I need, I was wondering if this was easily doable through XML? I'm talking things like advance settings and such, but not just toggling kiosk mode on or anything since theres a few select things I'd like to keep.

I'm very new to XBMC, so if this is of no help then I apologize. I know you want to do it through XML, but the menu is fully customizable in the skin settings. At the bottom select main menu and you'll be able to delete widgets and items from the smart sub menu, rename items and add custom widgets.
