Can Kodi be installed on android boxes that already has Gotham 13.2 installed on it ? or do you have to uninstall Gotham 13.2 first ?

Just install Kodi v14 on top of XBMC v13.2. That way it will make sure to transfer your old settings to the new Kodi application. I think the v13 XBMC will still be there, but you don't want to uninstall it because that will clear your settings. Only uninstall v13 once you've upgraded to v14.
